Flat roof replacement service
Replacement service is full tear-off to the surface of the structural roof deck, that is usually starts by removing all of the existing roof materials to the top surface of the structural roof deck.

Although there is certainly a cost associated with a “tear-off”, this roof system provides you the longest projected service life. You have the advantages of being able to inspect and make any repairs needed to the structural roof deck and avoid any possible negative impact upon the new materials that may be associated with leaving a deteriorating existing roof deck in place.
During the process, we only remove as much of the existing roof as we can make watertight again by the end of the day and, of course, none of the existing roof is ever removed with a chance of inclement weather.

If you have a flat roof, you will ultimately choose from the four major product groups: Conventional Built-Up, Modified Bitumen Built-Up (SBS), Thermoplastic Single-Ply (TPO), and Thermoset Single-Ply (EPDM). Metal building owners have the option of Elastomeric Liquid Systems as well. You will probably want to do some research on each of the groups, depending upon the specifics of your structure and your plans for use of the roof area. For example, if you have a metal roof deck, you are probably going to want a lightweight system. Alternatively, if you have a substantial presence of equipment mounted above and through the roof, you are probably going to look for a system that is thick, durable, and puncture resistant
We would be more than happy to supply you with information that comes from the industry’s most respected sources, as well as the major manufacturers, to help you make an informed system selection. Our proposals include photographs that show you the various steps associated with installing the systems listed above, cross-section sketches to illustrate the components that make up each system, and narrated video documentation when applicable so that building owners and decision makers can have a clear understanding in the needs of their roof without ever stepping foot on a ladder.
Roof recovery service
A Recovery System is one where a second roof is installed on top of an existing one.

There are a few key criterion that need to be addressed in the design of a successful long-term recovery system including the ability of the structure to handle the additional dead-load as well as the crucial need to be sure that you do not trap any existing moisture in the system.

We can perform a full moisture scan of the existing materials to be sure that the existing roof is a suitable substrate for the new materials. Once the existing roof is checked for moisture, any surfacing is removed and a layer of insulation is attached through the existing roof and directly into the structural roof deck. At this point, you have a number of options available as for what you can use as the roofing and waterproofing layers.
Similar to a replacement system, you will ultimately choose from the four major product groups: Conventional Built-Up, Modified Bitumen Built-Up, Thermoplastic Single-Ply, and Thermoset Single-Ply.

Restoration Systems provide building owners the opportunity to extend the lives of their existing roofs using a Liquid Elastomeric Coating. Applied with a combination of spray equipment, squeegees and rollers, these sophisticated elastomeric products work with the dynamics of the existing roofing system.

When applied with polyester reinforcement at the critical transitions and details, these products provide renewable ten year guaranteed life cycles of dependable waterproofing and protection. A Restoration System can provide a savings of over 60% when compared to a complete “tear-off”.
Roof repair service
There are three main types of repairs that can be performed on roofing systems:
- Emergency Repairs are in direct response to a leak and are meant to relieve an immediate problem.
- Temporary Repairs are designed to extend the life of the roof for a relatively short period of time while a re-roofing budget and specification can be developed.
- Pre-emptive Maintenance / Repairs are intended to extend the remaining life of the roof.
Solar Power Systems
Professional solar integrators had to rely on caulking and screws to attach solar panels to the roof surface. This created leak problems for which solar integrators did not want to take responsibility. Roofing contractors were ‘terrified’ of solar equipment and its sky-high replacement cost in case of a damage during a roof repair. Combining roofing specialists with solar integrators solve all this problems.
LION ROOFING install roofing membrane and solar panels in same time and take all responsibilities for complete roof–solar solution. Now all these problems are eliminated by integrating solar PV components into a long-lasting IB roofing membrane, resulting in leaks elimination, reduced solar and roofing installation & materials costs and reduced requirement for dead-wight load on the structural components of the building.
